Diwali Warm-up!
Whenever there’s a big festival coming up our preparations begin at least 10 days in advance.
We dedicated an hour or a half to get geared for our Diwali celebration for these 10 days and there was a lot happening. There was beautifying of the big Kandil, fitting the lights, preparing the huge Dia collage, making tiny balloon kandils, some occasional giggling and a lot more.
Everyone was roped-in and tasks were allotted. It’s true, celebrations bring people together. 
We might even try celebrating Halloween next year, what say?
