Pickle-up!
Summer is that season notorious when the sun flashes its smile a bit too bright and little too long.
But hey, we’re not complaining ‘coz on the bright side (the really ‘bright’ side) is that summer gets us pickles, papads and all the crunchy chatpata stuff.
We’re not picky about our pickle as long as it has that great Indian blend of flavours, spices and aromas!
So.. it did sound like a great “dill” when our Foodilicious menu had these:
Green chilli pickle – Hot, hot, hot!
Red chilli thecha – The thecha that makes your taste buds do the-cha cha. (OK that was a bad one. XD)
Green chilli thecha – The spicy condiment with a generous chilli garlic mash, and a dash of fresh spices.
