Snack-a-licious!

The most unhealthy snacking is actually, “not snacking!”

In fact, the longer you starve the more will be your risks of binge eating.

If your tummy’s growling and lunch seems far away, these munchies help you survive. Sometimes a time pass, sometimes a stress buster, sometimes company to your evening tea / coffee.

What we’ve got on our menu this week are:

– Potato Spinach fries sprinkled with salt and spices.

– Muffins & toffees for the sweet tooth.

– Assorted Masala Chivda a spicy mix of salt, peppers and classic Indian garam masala that gives you a hit.

– Chocolate flavoured Oreos! The classic and everybody’s favourite.
