Sev-ed by the B(h)el 

Almost everyone at Dquip loves chatpata flavours, you know like true desi localites!

So we tried making bhel this time.

Lots of Shahi sev, a generous mix of the bhel wala’s special masala powder, tossed and mixed with tomatoes, onions, potatoes and coriander. Oh! We didn’t forget to squeeze lime at last.

 

Our bhel wala for the day seemed to be this guy. 🙂 So we were pretty confident about the bhel being clean and hygienic.

Ok we’re just kidding, everyone joins hands for all the activities. Just for this one, too many cooks would’ve spoilt the broth bhel. 😉

All it took for a good evening was some bhel, actually a couple of bhel servings. 😉

Oops and we forgot to use the imli chutney we’d specially got! But never mind there’s always a next time. 🙂
