Spicing it up!

An Indian plate is often complete when there’s some ‘Achaar’. As we all have this “pyaar for achaar” & spicy flavours that go with our food, we added a couple of new elements to our foodilicious menu this week!

These irresistible foods added colours, flavours & aroma that spiked our lunch boxes:

– Mixed pickle, an assortment of chillies, carrots, mangoes, etc.

– Green chilli pickle that had the hotness to blow your mind

– Red chilli thecha, a spicy Kolhapuri style paste

– Green chilli thecha with chunks of minced chillies

These were delicious but also funny. Why funny? You’ll never know unless you’ve seen the kinds of faces we made while our taste buds had bursts of teekha, khatta and chatpata!
